- Degrees: 3 YEAR UNIVERSITY DEGREE, BACHELOR
- Background experience: 2 - 3 years of work experience in Healthcare settings OR Service industry
- Sex: Indifferent
- Language:
- English: Good
- Spanish: Good
- Arabic: Good
Complementary:
- Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree
- Minimum Experience: 2 - 3 years of work experience in Healthcare settings OR Service industry
- Computer Skills: Knowledge in MS Office
- Language Skills: Good command over English, Arabic and Spanish language.
- Key-Competencies:
- Knowledge of effective communication; excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Customer focused attitude and team work skills
- Flexible to work shift roster
- Good knowledge on Medical Terminology and understanding of anatomy. Need to provide support to the Cuban Health Professionals in complex clinical communications with patients and their families
